Arbeiten, lernen, leben – alles gleichzeitig im Griff zu behalten, ist heute eine echte Herausforderung. In diesem interaktiven Workshop erfährst du, wie du mit den Prinzipien des agilen Projektmanagements Struktur in deine To-dos bringst, deine Ziele klar definierst und sie mit Leichtigkeit erreichst.
Du erhältst praxisnahe Impulse aus dem Biohacking, um Energie, Zeit und Aufmerksamkeit gezielt einzusetzen – mit Methoden aus der Arbeitspsychologie, der Chronobiologie und dem agilen Denken. Du lernst, Prioritäten zu setzen, Ablenkungen zu reduzieren und mit kleinen mentalen Kniffen („Brainhacks“) in deinen natürlichen Flow zu kommen.
Darüber hinaus entwickelst du ein New-Work-Mindset und lernst, auch große Projekte – wie das Schreiben einer Bachelor- oder Masterarbeit – effektiv zu planen, sodass du gelassen und ohne Deadline-Stress ans Ziel kommst.
Am Ende des Workshops hast du dein persönliches, agiles Selbstmanagement-System entwickelt – individuell, motivierend und alltagstauglich. Für mehr Fokus, weniger Stress und echten Fortschritt in Studium, Beruf und Leben.

Since the company OpenAI made ChatGPT freely available in November 2022, AI, its potentials, and impacts have been omnipresent. Until today, numerous AI tools and applications have been added, transforming activities and processes in all areas of life today.
The job application process is also changing due to artificial intelligence. But how can I use this to my advantage during the application phase? How can AI help me with applications for internships, theses, or my first job, and increase the likelihood of getting an interview invitation? More and more companies are using AI and algorithms in the application process. However, this doesn't have to be a disadvantage for applicants if considered carefully. In this interactive lecture, we will focus on the potentials of AI for the application process.
