Arbeiten, lernen, leben – alles gleichzeitig im Griff zu behalten, ist heute eine echte Herausforderung. In diesem interaktiven Workshop erfährst du, wie du mit den Prinzipien des agilen Projektmanagements Struktur in deine To-dos bringst, deine Ziele klar definierst und sie mit Leichtigkeit erreichst.

Du erhältst praxisnahe Impulse aus dem Biohacking, um Energie, Zeit und Aufmerksamkeit gezielt einzusetzen – mit Methoden aus der Arbeitspsychologie, der Chronobiologie und dem agilen Denken. Du lernst, Prioritäten zu setzen, Ablenkungen zu reduzieren und mit kleinen mentalen Kniffen („Brainhacks“) in deinen natürlichen Flow zu kommen.

Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing the world of work and higher education. Since the company OpenAI made ChatGPT freely available in November 2022, AI, its potentials, and impacts have been omnipresent. Until today, numerous AI tools and applications have been added, transforming activities and processes in all areas of life today.

The job application process is also changing due to artificial intelligence. But how can I use this to my advantage during the application phase? How can AI help me with applications for internships, theses, or my first job, and increase the likelihood of getting an interview invitation? More and more companies are using AI and algorithms in the application process. However, this doesn't have to be a disadvantage for applicants if considered carefully. In this interactive lecture, we will focus on the potentials of AI for the application process.

Getting started for your first job in Germany can be irritating. We will give you a good overview about the way to apply for a job in Germany among the candidate lifecycle:

How can you prepare yourself for the job interview to make a great first impression?
What is necessary to know for you first day and the onboarding period?

German courses

Period: October 27, 2025 - December 19, 2025
In cooperation with Deutsch-Uni Online (DUO)
This is an online course. Some of the content is offered in a flexible self-study format, and you will also receive support from a tutor:
- 8 virtual group meetings (Thursdays, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:10 p.m.)
- 3 individual feedback sessions on submissions
- 4 moderated topics in the forum
- Certificate of completion upon active participation
Required language skills: B1/B2
Time commitment: approx. 50 learning hours in total
Deposit: €75 (the deposit will be refunded at the end of the course if you have successfully completed at least 75% of the course)
Contents:
- Writing a formal cover letter
- Presenting yourself well in a job interview
- Reviewing an employment contract
- Communicating appropriately in informal and formal situations at work
